1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and phwins ("phwins," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phwins online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through phwins (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the phwins registration process, logging in to an existing phwins account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of phwins following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phwins Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phwins.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the phwins Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. phwins strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phwins is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on phwins. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phwins or by any relevant gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of phwins services, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC): phwins is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to provide such documentation as phwins may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwins login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your phwins account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Never share your phwins login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent phwins support.
• Notify phwins immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your phwins account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phwins will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to phwins support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phwins are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwins supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank)

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your phwins account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. phwins reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phwins aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited on phwins must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved, unless phwins expressly states otherwise in writing. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phwins offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by phwins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.

Bonus Eligibility: phwins reserves the right to determine member eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by phwins — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless phwins expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• phwins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of phwins shall be final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phwins Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on phwins, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

Game Integrity: phwins uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for virtual games and employs professional live dealers for live casino games. The integrity of all game outcomes is maintained through independent testing and certification processes. phwins does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the standard mathematical house edge inherent in each game.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phwins reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts to the member's account balance. phwins shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phwins. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by phwins at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwins Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phwins, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game on phwins.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phwins immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwins staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

8 Responsible Gaming

phwins is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its members. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Responsible Gaming Tools: phwins provides the following tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phwins account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phwins Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwins Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phwins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phwins.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the phwins name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwins, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, phwins shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phwins's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, which are a natural and foreseeable consequence of participation in games of chance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phwins's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phwins collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which phwins handles your personal information is described in detail in the phwins Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on phwins, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

phwins reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phwins, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phwins customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, phwins members may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its established complaints resolution process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwins will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phwins Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
